Managed to get tickets, and had a great time. The park has vast open spaces with mainly low spec fixtures designed well, which is great as although I haven't been to any other Olympics while being hosted, I can imagine they feel much more stuffy during the event.

I will re-visit again soon to see if it manages to avoid being abandoned like other Olympic parks I have visited after the event has passed.
